Customer Care Representative

Grapevine, TX

As a Customer Care Representative, you support Whitlock Building Service in delivering "9 and Above" Services to our current and future clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to build relationships and communicate with ease to our clients
  • Travel to assigned accounts speaking with clients and completing cleaning inspections
  • Complete online inspection reports after each customer visit using the "Swept" Application
  • Ensure assigned cleaners/cleaning teams received the inspection reports
  • Report out weekly to Customer Care Manager and assist in root cause analytics for cleaning defects
  • Assist in continued training for employees and independent contractors for
  • Assist in managing issue management tracker and update system as needed with client information
  • Assist in following up on reported issues to ensure they were corrected

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Must be able to travel up to 60 miles - travel expense is provided

- Bilingual plus

- Experience as customer care representative plus

- Experience as a cleaner/cleaning supervisor plus
